Article Writing : Getting the Biggest Bang When Marketing Your Site
You may have heard (if not, you will) of the feared “Google penalty” for “duplicate content.” Appears that everybody has a viewpoint.
Of course, truth is, only Google’s opinion matters and guess what? There is no Google Duplicate Content Penalty.
That said, if you post the nearly identical copies of the same articles to hundreds of article submission directories Google will try to determine the original source of the article and give it rank while not ranking the duplicate versions (and perhaps not counting links from them) using its filters.
Now, naturally, you do not want that to happen, so here is the solution: use automation to create different, unique versions of your article (called “spinning”), then post a completely unique version in each article directory submission.
Luckily, you can buy article submission software or subscribe to excellent services which will create unique versions and submit them to article directories and blogs. The key is to use spinning automation properly and consistently.
First, remember that what goes in, comes out. “Garbage-in, garbage-out; quality-in, quality-out.” Take some time to do things properly and create articles that visitors and website owners will wish to read and use, thereby bringing site traffic and back links.
What is “spinning?”
Simply, using the capability of a program to substitute words, sentences, or entire paragraphs and create many unique versions from one base article.
For most impressive results with your article writing strategy, we suggest that you
1. Write articles that are 300-600 words in length separated into at least 5 paragraphs.
2. Using technology, spin words in every sentence and spin sentences, too.
3. Create at least 5 different headlines for every article.
4. Spin words within every title.
5. Put your primary keyword within the first 25 words of the piece, then in the middle, and also towards the end. Don’t overuse it; never surpass 2% of keyword density.
6. Create at least 5 different writer resource boxes, each with a link to your home page and another link to the specific page you are promoting—–Important: use your pages’ keywords as anchor text! Spin each version.
7. Before posting, spin the article at least 6 times to carefully proof-read different versions. Quality-in, quality-out.
8. Finally, select an acceptable category into which your article should be posted from an article directory menu.
One of the most common errors people make is to post their articles into the wrong category.
The speediest, simplest, most cost-effective way of building great traffic and a lot of back links is to consistently post to free article directories. Effective web page promotion involves frequent posting of unique, quality, articles to free article submission services.
