The top MLM people choose to associate with companies that are at least five years old and that are publicly traded. It is not necessary for a company to be on the stock exchange, but it is a sign of credibility demonstrating responsibility in the market.
Top network marketing companies have solid leadership at their base. People need to have mentors and examples of success when they are starting out in the network marketing business. It is important to work with a company that has people who have started from the bottom and worked their way to the top. Of course every leader in the MLM business did not start out as a leader.
